CloudBridge SD-WAN is super hot at cloudDNA at the moment so this year, we’ll be taking the team up to IPExpo Manchester on the 19th of May where I’ll be hosting a panel session dedicated to the topic.
NetScaler Masterclass regulars will know Simon Gulliford from the Citrix EMEA cloud networking product team who will be one of the guest panelists and we’re really pleased industry legend Barney Norton will be flying in specially from Citrix in California to join the session. Barney is the principle technical resource and SME for CloudBridge SD-WAN and we’re opening the mic up for questions from the floor & via the hashtag #ipexpomanchester, so we’re all set for a classic IPExpo debate!
Expect facts, technical differentiators, case notes from some of the early production deployments and answers to your questions. I suspect we’ll have a few prizes for the best questions along the way – ‘nice one’ as my friends from the North West say.
We’re in the WebScale IT Theatre (sponsored by Nutanix) at 12:30 on Thursday May 19th and we will be hanging around afterwards if you want to say hello. Here’s the session link and if you haven’t done so already, you can register for free here.
Not in Manchester? We’re broadcasting live to the world on Friday the 20th of May at 10am UK in a webinar rerun of the session. Barney and I will be reviewing the best bits of the conversation form the day before and will be answering your questions via GotoWebinar.
Here’s the link to register for the webinar , and here’s the ‘official’ synopsis….
THE SD-WAN DEBATE – THE FUTURE OF THE WIDE AREA NETWORK
Businesses rely on their WAN to deliver an ever-increasing number of services. These networks are bursting at the seams and they represent a single point of failure for delivering mission critical applications. As a result, it’s easy to see how service levels can drop due to poor WAN performance.
This interactive panel session will highlight the key things to look out for when choosing an SD-WAN solution. We’ll be discussing how Citrix CloudBridge SD-WAN compares against the competition, the real world results from the field and answering your questions about the specific challenges faced in your environment.
WHAT YOU WILL TAKE AWAY FROM THIS SESSION
- The facts not the FUD about the state of SD-WAN solutions
- The key things to consider before making your next WAN move
- How to improve the reliability, performance and security of services delivered from private, public and hybrid clouds
- How a SD-WAN can dramatically reduce the cost and complexity of traditional WANs
See you on the front row!
